Mirror of Jesus Christ's Shroud of Turin
Scientific Signature of the Resurrection
Is the Shroud of Turin real? The question has been debated for centuries. The 1988 carbon dating test placed the cloth in the medieval period, but subsequent research revealed the sample was taken from a repaired corner, not the original linen. Modern analysis using WAXS X-ray crystallography and VUV radiation studies points to a first-century origin. This book presents the full body of shroud of Turin scientific evidence and lets readers evaluate the data for themselves. (See the point-by-point response to the medieval forgery theory.)
The image exists only on the topmost fibers of the cloth, with no pigment, dye, or paint detected. The bloodstains are real human blood (type AB), and the forensic triad of bilirubin, ferritin, and creatinine points to extreme physiological trauma. Holocene palynology identifies pollen grains native to Jerusalem, and travertine aragonite limestone dust on the cloth matches the first-century geology near the Damascus Gate. Using modern imaging technology and AI-assisted analysis, the book also presents visual reconstructions of the shroud of Turin face of Jesus derived from the actual facial proportions and features encoded in the linen.
At 345 pages with 2,624 footnotes and 90 full-color images, the research spans faith, science, and history. The work uses 34-billion-watt VUV radiation analysis to characterize the image formation as consistent with a brief, intense burst of energy from within the cloth.

What You'll Discover

The Scientific Case for Authenticity
The 1988 carbon dating placed the Shroud in the medieval period. Subsequent analysis revealed the sample was taken from a repaired corner, not the original fabric. This book examines the reanalysis, WAXS X-ray crystallography results, and VUV radiation signatures that point to a first-century origin.

Visual Reconstructions of the Face of Jesus
Using the Shroud's negative image as a source, modern imaging technology and AI-assisted analysis produced visual reconstructions of the face encoded in the cloth. The image follows the Inverse Square Law, with intensity correlating to cloth-to-body distance and producing measurable three-dimensional depth that no medieval painter could replicate. These are not artistic interpretations. They are derived from the proportions and features present in the Shroud itself.
-
The Crown of Thorns: A Full Helmet
Traditional depictions show a simple ring of thorns. The bloodstain patterns on the Shroud tell a different story. The evidence points to a full helmet-style crown that covered the entire skull, producing puncture wounds across the top and back of the head.
-
2,624 Footnotes for Independent Verification
Every claim in the book is documented. The footnote apparatus provides a complete research trail, allowing readers to trace each assertion back to its source and verify the evidence on their own terms.
-
Historical Chain of Custody
The Shroud's documented history runs from the first century through its current location in Turin, Italy. The book traces the chain of custody across centuries, examining the gaps and the supporting evidence at each stage.
-
The "State-Change Bridge" Theory
How was the image formed? The book presents the State-Change Bridge theory: the image was produced during the Resurrection event itself, when a burst of radiation interacted with the linen fibers. This model accounts for the image's unique properties, including its superficiality and three-dimensional encoding.

Early 2026Persia and Prophecy
Modern Iran traces its biblical identity to Elam and Persia. This book examines how these nations were used for Israel's restoration and are named in end-times prophecy, revealing God's sovereign plan for nations across millennia.

May 2026Was Jesus Christ Edited From The Old Testament?
A theological investigation arguing that a 600 B.C. religious restructuring in Jerusalem removed key references to Christ from ancient texts. The Book of Mormon, Marker contends, restores what was deliberately removed by ancient scribes.
-
June 2026America's Sacred Covenant
A spiritual analysis framing America as a consecrated land with a divine purpose. The book warns that modern "secret combinations" threaten the constitutional foundation and examines the spiritual stakes of the American experiment.
-
September 2026Lehi's Journey to the Promised Land
A technical reconstruction of the route described in the Book of Mormon. Marker identifies Wadi Sayq in Oman as the scriptural Bountiful and presents evidence for a North American "Promised Land," drawing on 20 years of field research and insights from the Bedouin people of Aqaba, Jordan.
